# Welcome to BiTIA's documentation!

## BioInformatics Tool for Infrastructure Automation (BiTIA)

BiTIA makes it easy to orchestrate the infrastructure required to run 
complex bioinformatics pipelines. BiTIA plays well with existing pipeline
